Our clients at Santa Barbara were looking to increase their living footprint, by extending into their under used garage.

By pushing out their existing lounge room wall, we were able to create a new open plan living space, featuring a beautiful stone wall with concrete bench for a much longed for fireplace, a new dining zone connecting living and kitchen, and sectioning off the entry to create a welcoming arrival point to the home.

The space is now flooded with natural light and warm timbers, creating a comfortable interior for the client to enjoy.
