NGV - Architecture Commission

Over three years I was invited by the National Gallery of Victoria to project manage their annual Architecture Commission.

Each year architects from around Australia are invited to participate in this competition, asking them to create a temporary, site specific work designed to spark conversation around architecture and design.

Each year involved extensive and rigorous planning with the selected architect and NGV team to produce these works. From initial concept direction, engineering and compliance, cost feasibility, budget management and installation, each of these projects provided a unique experience and opportunity.
